2. PROCESSING TIME
🕒 Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
📦 Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
🚀 Pre-Orders & Exclusive Drops: Processing time may vary for exclusive releases. Estimated shipping times will be listed on the product page.
3. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the link provided. If you do not receive tracking details, check your spam folder or contact us at hello.amoura.esthetics@gmail.com.
5. SHIPPING FEES & DUTIES
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
6. LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
- Amoura Esthetics/Amoura Skin & Body is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered."
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier and contact us at hello.amoura.esthetics@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
